What counts as usage
Bandwidth is the data sent and received through the proxy, in both directions. Your balance goes down as you use it and stays available while your account is active.
All sales are final. Bandwidth is added to your balance straight away and is not refundable, including if you do not use it. Buy what you need; you can always top up again.
